IT-LogikWe have been with ServerSpace since January 2011 and recently moved to the new datacentre which they have recently opened, and to date I have been very happy with their services. Initially we had a number of servers collocated at the Goswell Road site and then moved our servers to their new datacentre with minimal fuss. As this is one of ServerSpace new datacentres everything is brand new and of the highest standards. We also found the security is of high standard, and so far the onsite staff to be very friendly and accommodating. We also find the team at ServeSpace to be very professional at all times, always show willing to help and prompt to respond to any requests via their 24/7 helpdesk team. The services we wanted were fully understood by them and they dealt directly with our 3rd party software vendors to get the solution up and running without me having to divert my precious time to the project. In fact I am confident in saying their service in comparable to the big guys in the business, what's even better is that whenever we ask for changes its done instantly. The location was also a factor for us as it meant we were then closer to the companies we peered with. If we had leased lines from our base in North Shields the cost would have been sky high. In the 3 years we have been with ServerSpace we have had one outage which was dealt with and one issue with a DNS server - but this was due to us missing the email informing us of the change I am sure! If we had installed the same environment in North Shields it would have meant lower connectivity and this would have decreased our business potential greatly - ServerSpace has given us the point of presence we would not have, thus helping our business grow and succeed.
