When purchasing IP Transit you are charged on 95th Percentile Billing model. Clients make a commitment of how much traffic they will pay for (a committed data rate or CDR) in Mbps. The rate you pay per Mbps decreases the higher the CDR you purchase.

You can burst over the CDR for 5% of the time for no additional charge. If you burst over your CDR more than 5% of the time in a month you are charged on whatever your 95th Percentile usage figure is in mbps. The rate per mbps charged depends on how big your initial CDR was, for example:

1 Mbps	£15 +VAT
5 Mbps	£9 +VAT
10 Mbps	£7 +VAT
25 Mbps	£6.50 +VAT
